HeatScape Resolve

In the course of urban-scale simulations, spatial analyses of the installation can be performed. Testing helps to improve public space comfort and to identify main public spaces, façade surfaces, and the most valuable estates. The simulations can make propositions for a building that fits ideally into the urban context, for the optimized ground floor plans and function mix as well. We use Earth observation data of the European Space Agency to give a precise result.

Plotmix

In the case of urban-scale real estate development, maximizing investor profit is mainly determined by the development concept and site geometry. With our unique approach, it is possible to compare a large number of versions for land division, identifying the building block that maximizes regulatory parameters. The service also helps identify the differences between various building regulations, which can determine the potential increase in value due to a regulatory change.

Flatmix

The automated flat mix allocation is fine-tuned by the priorities of the real estate developer. It reduces planning time and determines the ideal flat layout in the building block. The system can automatically determine sales target numbers at the beginning of the master planning stage, based on investor preferences. Generative algorithms enable the software to swiftly create a large number of appropriate apartment allocation options, as well as determining the optimal layout, following algorithmic testing.
